The more I use the RF 100-500mm L lens the better I like it. The lens delivers super high sharpness with super fast and accurate autofocus on the EOS R5.
For the surfers I use 1 Point AF, Electronic first curtain, 12 fps, all hand held standing on the beach. I also use standard front button focussing which I find easier to use than back button focussing, requiring fewer actions.
The results are excellent.
