I have been testing several cameras lately and finding that at typical output sizes some small sensor budget models give a very good account of themselves.
One of my favourite cameras is the Lumix FZ300. It is versatile, compact, inexpensive, a pleasure to use and largely ignored by photo bloggers and vloggers.
But in reasonably competent hands it can make excellent pictures which when output to the web can be difficult to distinguish from images which come from much more expensive models.
